Olievenfontein Game Reserve is a stunning self-catering reserve set in the breathtaking malaria-free Waterberg mountains. Lying at 1.500 meters above sea level, it offers spectacular views over the Waterberg, great game viewing and a fantastic climate.
Olievenfontein Game Reserve offers absolute peace and tranquillity to unwind, relax and enjoy the beauty of Africa. The cottages are impeccably decorated with a mix of Italian and African taste. Olievenfontein Game Reserve boasts a phenomenal selection of game which you will see during your stay.
The main watering hole is right in front of the Main Lodge and becomes a hive of activity early morning and at dusk,also with thirsty wildlife visitors frequently stopping by throughout the day.
During your stay, you are likely to see Giraffes, Kudu, Nyala, Waterbuck, Impala, Eland, Zebras, Blue Wildebeest, & Red Hartebeest, to name a few. Also Klipspringer, Vervet Monkeys, Warthogs and an incredible variety of bird life.
Also on the farm are Leopard and Jackal, which are harder to see since they sleep during the day and are shy of humans.
