Abseiling

The word 'abseil' comes from the German ab (to go down) + Seil (rope). As an action, abseiling is a method of descent from one point to another using one or more secured ropes in conjunction with a friction device. It is generally regarded as a low-risk adventure sport, but the companies running abseiling activities in Limpopo nevertheless use only qualified and experienced instructors. Abseil down steep rock sections and feel that adrenaline rush!
