This 18 hole course was designed by Robert Grimsdell. The course is truly a revelation. In 2008, Royal Northland Golf Estate, situated in the town of Bela-Bela (Warmbaths), will celebrate the opening of a brand new 18 hole, Gary Player signature designed golf course. The new plan calls for a complete redesign of the golf course and clubhouse with surrounding stands.

The existing 9-hole course and clubhouse will be completely redesigned and upgraded to an 18-hole course, adding a residential component. The course will have a number of elevation changes and a "rolling hills" effect, incorporating large trees as well as numerous large dams and water streams.
