Limpopo Tourism And Parks’ Chief Executive Officer Resigns

It is official that the Chief Executive Officer of Limpopo Tourism Officer, Mr. Benny Boshielo, has resigned from the institution with effect from 01/01/2010. His resignation comes after he completed his five years of service to the institution, which he since joined on 30 December 2004.

Pursuant to this our Board of Directors have taken a resolution to appoint Mr. Bibi Kotsedi as the Acting Chief Executive until the position is filled.  Mr.Bibi Kotsedi  is not new to this responsibility as he has occasionally been appointed to act in this position as and when the former CEO, Mr. Boshielo was away.

He is a well tried and tested leader with sound administrative experience and with impeccable legal background. Kotsedi is presently the Company Secretary at Limpopo Tourism and Parks.

He will be Chairing the Executive Management Committee of LTP, a committee that he has been part of since its inception. We therefore call upon all staff members and Stakeholder of our organisation to rally behind him and give him the necessary support that he may require in executing his duties. 

All correspondence that requires the attention of the CEO should thus be directed to him. We wish him good luck in his new appointment.

We also need take this opportunity to wish our former CEO Mr. Boshielo well in his future endeavors.
