LTP Paints The Bana-ba-Thari School As Part Of Mandela Day Celebration

Limpopo Tourism and Parks will join the masses in celebrating the Mandela Day, 30 LTP dedicated employees will devote their time to paint the Bana-ba-Thari Special School for the intellectually impaired at Solomondale Township. Mandela Day is a call to action for people everywhere to take responsibility for making the world a better place, just as Nelson Mandela did.

Mandela Day on July 18 is an annual international day adopted by the United Nations. It is more than a celebration of Nelson Mandela’s life and legacy, it is a global movement to take his life’s work into a new century and change our world for the better. Mandela Day asks us all to embrace Madiba’s values and honour his legacy through an act of kindness. Since the 18th July 2010 will be on a Sunday, LTP will celebrate the day on 19 July 2010 at the School. The employees will not only dedicate 67 minutes of their time but the entire morning painting the School
