Make It Easy This Festive Season

The festive season is, all over the world, known as a period for celebration and spending time with family and friends. This period also happens to be the busiest season in the Tourism Industry especially in  Limpopo as we experience a high volume of tourists in the form of visiting friends and relatives (VFR’s). People visit our beautiful Province for various reasons e.g. vacation, medical, work, etc.

Limpopo’s five tourism regions offer travelers a vivid contrast between the Highveld splendour of the Waterberg, Soutspanberg and Magoesbaskloof mountains and the wildlife delights of the Lowveld, including northern reaches of the Kruger National Parks, well as the beautiful and friendly mountain paradise of Sekhukhune.

Broad, boundless and beautiful, the ancient land of myths and legends, that is, Limpopo beckons with a mystic allure that travelers of the world over find impossible to resist.

Our festive campaign is derived from our Tourism Month campaign “make it easy and enjoy any of our breathtaking destinations this festive season”. Limpopo is a value for money destination that is affordable, accessible and incredibly wild.

While the season is known for high fatalities, we can work together to curb and prevent them from happening. If you will be driving ensure that your vehicle is roadworthy. Please, adhere to all road signs and regulations at all time and keep in mind that driving under the influence will not be tolerated. Whilst driving, also be on lookout for any stray animals and pedestrians that might be on the road.

All potential tourists and citizens are encouraged to go for check-ups prior to travelling and ensure that all necessities are in place for the journey. Adequate rest prior, during and after the journey is strongly recommended.
