Having built up a healthy appetite during their photography lesson at teh top of the Extreme 19th golf hole high on Hanglip Mountain, the guests from the Nashua Mobile group had their knives at the ready as they noned their culinary skills under the watchful eyes of the resort's top chefs at the Farmyard Tea Garden.
While their partners challenged each other on the resort's unique, 18-hole Signature Course, the ladies - dressed in specially designed aprons and chefs' hats - kicked off their competition with a glass of pink champagne. thein it was down to business in teh outdoor kitchen as Legend Golf & Safari Resort's Executive Chef William Mtshali and Head Chef Jeremia Makhuza led the ladies through their tasks - a smoked salmon tarta salad starter with cajun prawns, served with a home-made lime, lemon and pepperdew oil and the main course, a spinach, feta and sundried tomato ravioli, served with a white wine mushroom sauce.
