Vodacom Challenge Hits The Biggest Mall In Limpopo

Limpopo Tourism and Parks will on Saturday; 09 July 2011 together with the organizers of the Vodacom Soccer Challenge and other partners conduct pre-tournament roadshow at Limpopo’s biggest and busiest mall “Mall of the North”, to boost ticket sales, popularize the tournament and to also encourage local citizens to tour their Province.

Shoppers will have an opportunity to get direct information about the tournament, teams which are coming to play, tourism attractions and special packages that are on offers tailor-made for the tournament.  They will also get an opportunity to win tickets and goodies that will be given away through the shopping hours of the Mall.
Limpopo Tourism and Parks in collaboration with three leading Tour Operators of our Province, developed favorable packages for soccer fans coming to watch the Vodacom Soccer Challenge in Polokwane 16th July 2011. 

The Agency has identified three operators namely Vuwa Safari Tours, Nhlamulo Destinations and Maeto le Boeti ka Rabora Travel and Tours to develop packages for the fans as this is prudent for tourism in the Province.

As Limpopo Tourism and Parks we hopeful that the event will contribute enormously to tourism in the Province and it is our interest as a tourism Agency, to put together packages for our fans who we treasure as tourists to our beautiful Province.

We are also of the believe that the event will benefit other business outside the tourism sector such as retail sector, restaurants, filling stations, night life  and many more.
    
People of Limpopo are encouraged to purchase their tickets in time to avoid the last minute rush of securing tickets or even worse, face the disappointment of not being able to watch the game as tickets will be sold out.

The Agency will be running a competition on its website www.golimpopo.com and with radio stations in the province including community radio stations.
