Premier of Limpopo Province, Dr. Phophi Ramathuba, addressing the media personalities during the media briefing on Limpopo hosting the FIFA World Cup qualifier game between Bafana Bafana and Lesotho on the 21st March 2025 at the new Peter Mokaba stadium. She encouraged the citizens of Limpopo to come in droves to fill up the stadium which will be a motivation for more games to be brought to Limpopo. Limpopo Tourism Agency, Polokwane Municipality and SAFA will sign an agreement to collaborate and partner on this and more games to be brought to Limpopo.

The media personalities were also taken to the pitch to confirm its readiness.
